Purchase Orders:

If you have any things in the field that are needing an adjustment, we are able to authorize it directly in the field for you. Whether that be the purchase of materials, equipment, or services for any specific project. POs help control costs, track project expenses, prevent misunderstandings, and create a clear paper trail for accounting and project management purposes.

Pick Ups: 

Pick-up orders are commonly used for urgent needs, small quantities, or last-minute materials required to keep a project moving. They help ensure materials are properly tracked, billed to the correct job, and approved before leaving the supplier. One of the most common pick ups that we encounter is material that's needing to be installed at a later date due to various reasons. Being able to get this signed an tracked in the field by the project manager helps when it comes time to install the materials.

Change Orders: 

This is a formal document that gets signed directly in the field for any modifications to the project after the work has already begun. Changes such as additions, removals, revision to the scope of work, materials, etc. We do not perform any change orders without the proper prior authorization. These are essential for keeping each project transparent, costs controlled, and to ensure everyone is in agreement on how the changes will affect the project.

Site Visits: 

We perform site visits regularly prior to starting any projects. It is an on-location inspection of the jobsite by the super and one of our field managers. They are able to evaluate the conditions of the site to see if certain things are necessary for the project. They are also able to identify any potential issues that could arise during construction or installation. This ensures the project is done correctly according to plans and specifications.
